For over 45 years we have been providing quality healthcare products and services to our community.

Our experienced customer service representatives will happily answer your questions about our products and services and they will assist you in determining the proper items to serve your needs. Our phones lines are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you call after hours, leave a message and we'll return your call the following business day. Our spacious showroom allows us to provide you with a large selection of quality patient care products, mobility, and access items. Our 15,000 sf facility is located at 1117 2nd street SW. We have been proudly serving Minnesota since 1967.

Caring Technical Support

We service everything we sell, so when you purchase an item from us you can rest assured that our technical support staff will provide maintenance and repair service when you need it. We service everything from the simplest to the most complicated. We make house calls, too!

When you need medical equipment and you are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance; our medical billing staff can handle the red tape for you to determine if you qualify for reimbursement on approved items.

Careful Delivery

Your order can be delivered to you by our driver technicians who will carefully set up and/or install your equipment, then train you how to properly use it.

Certified Evaluation of Need

Our rehabilitation technology specialists are highly skilled at determining the exact product to properly serve your mobility and seating needs. Evaluation and assessment services are our specialty. We work closely with your doctor, clinician or care-giver to make certain that you get exactly what you need.

Reimbursement

We at Anderson Wheelchair understand the importance of simplified insurance reimbursement for the home-care patient.

To maximize your insurance reimbursement, we will contact your insurance company to verify coverage, we'll explain to you the insurance reimbursement, we'll obtain the necessary medical documentation from your physician, and we'll submit your insurance claim on all approved services.
